Luxury Paid Media Specialist – HQ – Madrid

– Manage international campaigns and provide support to the Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and Latin America regions.
– Apply your digital media knowledge (especially display) to implement performance and branding campaigns for our brands from start to finish. Including planning, activation, reporting, analysis, optimization and conclusions to continue improving and ensuring alignment with the defined goals and brand standards.
– Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns.
– Have the chance to explore new channels and formats to improve campaign performance.
– Coordination with media and creative agencies and suppliers.
– Opportunity to present results and conclusions in the reporting phase.
– Management of multiple projects simultaneously for different brands of the group.
– Collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media, Web Media, E-Commerce, CRM, Brand, the Business Units at the regions and if needed occasionally Asia.

Conditions
The Luxury Paid Media Specialist will exclusively support the Luxury hotels. It is an HQ role that coordinates and implement Paid Media campaigns along the Upper & Mid funnel for Hotels belonging to the Luxury cluster.

Areas: Upper & Mid funnel Paid Media campaigns (Mainly digital but also offline campaigns) such as but not limited to Display Banners + Native Ads + Sponsor Placements in Metasearches. Both for Awareness/Branding and Brand Performance campaigns.

The position will be supported by the Media Head and will need to coordinate and work closely with the Luxury Marketing team in each region for both regional and hotel campaigns.
